The Organizing Committee may require
amendments to be made to the design plans before giving its approval. No custom-built stand
will be permitted at the Exposition without the approval from the Organizing Committee.
Raw space exhibitors must ensure that their
contractors are aware of the following rules and regulations. Failure to observe these
rules and regulations can result in costly on-site alterations being required by the
Organizing Committee, which will be entirely at the exhibitors' expenses.
1.Site
measures are given Jiang Jin in shoes fair meters. Exhibitors or their contractors, upon arrival and
before commencing their construction work, are required to check if the site is
set out as per the planissued by the Organizing Committee, and are required to report any
errors or discrepancies to the Organizing Committee immediately.
2.No
structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. This includes
exhibits, the exhibitor's name and logo.
3.No
suspensions are to be made from the ceiling of the exhibition hall, nor may any
fixings be made to the floor, wall, any other parts of the building
4.The
company academy sports shoes name and booth number of the exhibitor must be prominently
displayed and faced to the aisle(s). If this rule is not observed, the Organizing
Committee shoes fair reserves the right to
affix the company name and booth number as they consider fit and to charge the cost incurred to the exhibitor.
5.Exhibitors
should provide, set up and decorate their booth's partitions facing their own
booth areas, aisles, and adjacent booths. These partition walls must be
finished to a standard acceptable to the Organizing Committee.
6.All
electrical fitting and wiring must be installed in compliance with the
electricity wiring regulations of the Ehibition hall.
7.All
lighting fixtures should be installed at least 2.2m above the ground.
Otherwise, they should be
well protected so as not to cause danger to the general public
8.Main
switches and business casual shoes distribution boards may be required to be installed within the
exhibitor's booth area at the Organizing Committee discretion.
9.All
materials used in the construction and decoration of the exhibition stands
must be fireproof
10.Paint
spraying,shoes fair welding and the use of electrical saws are strictly prohibited
inside the venue.
11.The
exhibit producers must dismantle and clean up materials for special decorations
within two days after the Exposition concludes.
